Recent research conducted on Negarstan decorative tiles investigates the impact of deposition time and gas pressure on the quality of the coating layers formed on the surface of Apadana tiles produced in gold and silver shades. The experiments show how variations in these conditions can lead to significant changes in the thickness of the coating layers on the tiles. What Was Investigated in This Research? In this study, the surface of the tiles was first prepared by sanding, and then a gold layer was applied. Various samples were exposed to different gas pressures and deposition times to examine the effects of these factors on the thickness of the created layers. What Do the Results Indicate?
